SAFCEI (Southern African Faith Communities’ Environment Institute) invites faith leaders from Mozambique, Namibia and South Africa to apply to join a 6-month Energy and Climate Justice project, building knowledge and action on a Just Energy Transition with faith communities in the region.

The project aims to address false energy solutions including oil, gas and nuclear energy expansion, and promote renewable alternatives in South Africa, Mozambique and Namibia.

The project will focus on training and campaigning with a cohort of 30 faith leaders (10 people each from South Africa, Mozambique and Namibia), and to foster regional strategy.
