Across ten countries in Southern Africa and Europe, 38 social actors — community organisers, collaborators, funders, and allies — shared what changed for them over the last four years of their engagement with ACT Ubumbano. The report captures six areas of change — from shifts in knowledge and leadership to gender justice, cross-border collaboration, and policy influence. The report also holds space for honest reflection: on the limits of short-term funding, on the tensions between reflection and delivery, and on the work that remains unfinished. We are grateful to Kegomoditsiwe Ntwagae for leading the research and compiling the report.
